The Journey of Bringing This to Life...

 

Over the past several years, I've been in a season of listening deeply - to life, to spirit, to the horses and to the whispers within myself.  Through that soul stirring journey inward, the change and transformation that resulted...The Alchemy of Self eBook was born!

Although this Ebook is titled The Alchemy of Self, this endeavour has been not only a personal exploration, but also a collective one.

This is what I refer to as a Living Document, and Work that Continues...it’s a gathering in itself of inspiring and warm hearted people, and a mixture of philosophies that I have had the true privilege and honour of connecting with and sharing space with in circles throughout my time thus far.

I began putting my thoughts around this topic into a word document in 2018, and it’s been grounding, growing and unfolding since then.
I have earlier versions written in notebooks with similar threads that go way back...which are all coming together to form my first real book. Stay tuned for that!

This ebook has become a starting place, so I now call forth your presence, perseverance, patience and faith as I attempt to weave together all I have learned through my experience of life alongside horses, and the work I lovingly refer to as Equine Guided Wellness for an Evolving World.

It's more than a collection of stories or reflections from what I've learned and gathered throughout that time...it has now become an energetic offering. 

A Gift from My Heart to Yours.

A living document that will continue to grow, expand, evolve and support.
It's a love letter and promise that goes out to those navigating heartbreak, healing, change, transitions or find themselves in a great awakening at this time.

There is hope here.
